Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. No exceptions.
All Sale, Discounted and/or Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Damaged items can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Exchange or store credit only - no monetary refunds.

Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
Simone Yvette is not responsible for items that have been confirmed "delivered". Delivery inquires should be directed to USPS.
There is a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee.
